- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I loved this veterinary hospital when I first started going there, but in recent months the service has declined severely. The vets are very knowledgeable, but the front people who answer phones and take payments seem completely disinterested in providing consistent, attentive or efficient service. I wait on hold almost 15 minutes every time I call. They stop answering the phone 10 to 20 minutes before they "close" for the day and even when I have an appointment I have waited up to an hour and a half past my appt time to even be shown to a clinic room. I am looking for a new vet. Hopefully I can find a place with as knowledgeable veterinarians but better customer service.October 09, 2017by Jessica Chaos
