- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I saw Dr. Nelson for a physical exam. Tests results showed I had irregular liver enzymes. Dr. Nelson was convinced this had to do with the amount I drank. After repeatedly informing him that, while I do drink, I absolutely do not drink in excess, he was still convinced the abnormal results were alcohol related. Not believing this to be true, and worried something else was going on, I saw another physician who heard my concerns and took the time to run additional tests and diagnosed me with fatty liver. I brought this diagnosis to Dr. Nelson's attention via email while canceling a follow up appointment, and he responded, "This email was unprofessional and rude.
